Here is the fictional story of a holy monk, Emet, seeking to receive the Holy Eucharist one last time, before the Lord calls him from this earthly life. In his journey, the monk is accompanied by his rich, scientifically minded nephew named Uri who does not believe the Eucharist is truly our Lord Jesus’ Flesh and Blood. This young man wants his uncle to get the medical attention he needs. He thinks it is madness for the dying monk to take such a long, arduous journey to find a priest. The uncle insists he needs to eat the Bread of Life and the nephew reluctantly joins him. Along the way, the uncle explains the mystery of the Eucharist to his skeptical nephew who comes to believe in this greatest gift God has given to us, Himself!
