Meetings and Events
Reserving a room for a meeting or event and advertising that meeting or event at St. Joseph's is simple. See the Facility Resources Brochure below to to see a simple visual of the steps.
*Note that the Facilities Request Form (to reserve a meeting room) must be turned into the Parish Office. And the Bulletin/Media Request From (to advertise a meeting or event) is submitted online.
Businesses wanting to advertise in our weekly bulletin must call the publisher directly at 1-800-950-9952.

Communicating with Parish Staff
The best way to keep in touch regarding non-emergency updates or concerns is via email. Include both Carmen (ccisneros@stjmod.com) and Isela (iwesley@stjmod.com) in email communications. Call Carmen at (209) 498-1207 to schedule an in-person meeting as needed to address any other issues.
We have Regular Ministry Leaders Meetings led by our staff to keep you up-to-date on important information. If a ministry leader cannot attend, they are asked to send a representative from their ministry in their stead to relay the information to the ministry leader.
Volunteers
It is a blessing to have so many opportunities for parishioners to get involved. Some of our ministries work with or around children and must complete the Safe Environment Program. Call us in the office to learn more about volunteering and if this training program is required for the ministry you are interested in.
