PROGRAM INFORMATION

Thank you for allowing St. Joseph's to support you in forming your children's / teen's faith through our faith formation programs! Our programs usually fill to capacity, so we are currently only accepting enrollments for our registered parishioners. If we do not fill up all available spots, we will open enrollment to other parish families.

Please note that by enrolling in our faith formation  /sacrament preparation program, you are agreeing to these requirements:

• Weekly Mass attendance (St. Joseph's)

• Weekly In-person sessions (English only) 

• Annual Family Formation (Online)

• Pastoral discernment (Second Year)

The enrollment form begins with one child's / teen's information. Click "Save Registrant" after parent information is entered for additional children/teens.  if schedule options are available, they can be chosen on the enrollment form. Enrollment is not complete until payment is made ($100/participant). If you do not have a credit/debit card or need financial assistance, please send an email to faithformation@stjmod.com.
